Physician – Primary Care

Artesia, New Mexico

A Different Kind of Primary Care

What if you could practice medicine the way you always hoped you would?

At Proactive MD, our physicians have the time and support to build meaningful relationships with their patients and focus on what matters most—providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

We are redefining workplace healthcare through a Direct Primary Care model that puts the patient and the provider at the center of everything we do. Our clinics are designed to give physicians the time, resources, and autonomy to practice medicine thoughtfully, without the pressure of traditional fee-for-service healthcare.

Why Physicians Choose Proactive MD

More time with your patients.
Our physicians spend an average of 30 minutes with each patient, allowing you to listen, dig deeper, address multiple concerns, and treat the whole person rather than rushing through a high-volume schedule.

Smaller, dedicated patient panels.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients while focusing on preventive care, health education, screening, and overall wellness.

Practice medicine—not the numbers.
There are no RVUs, productivity quotas, or volume-based incentives. We don't measure success by how many patients you can see in a day. We measure it by the health, satisfaction, and engagement of the people we serve.

Less administrative burden.
Our model significantly reduces the charting and coding requirements associated with traditional fee-for-service medicine, giving you more time to focus on your patients.

A true team approach.
You won't be practicing alone. Our physicians work alongside a dedicated clinical team that includes medical assistants, Patient Advocates, and clinical leadership, creating a collaborative environment focused on the patient's complete needs.

A healthier work-life balance.
This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, giving you more time outside of work to enjoy life, family, and the things that matter to you.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
